1. Reservation. Orders are only confirmed upon payment of the confirmation/security deposit. Submission of this form does not guarantee a slot.
2. Cancellation. The confirmation/security deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client.
3. Payment Schedule. A confirmation/security deposit is required to secure the date. This deposit will be deducted from the total price of the order. It is followed by a 50% deposit on an agreed due date. The remaining balance is to be settled on the day of the event upon delivery or pick-up.
4. Design Changes. Design changes may only be requested up to 2 weeks before the event date. Changes within this period may incur additional charges depending on the extent of the revision. Changes requested within 1 week of the event date will incur additional charges plus a rush fee for the urgency of the work involved.
5. Delivery. Delivery within Tacloban City and Palo is available. Fees for areas outside will be discussed and agreed upon separately.
